Following the establishment of TSS Holdings Limited in July 2023 by eight Taiwanese semiconductor supply chain alliance companies, the alliance  announced on 2025/2/26, that ten new partners will be joining forces to establish TSS2 Holdings Limited.

Amid the geopolitical shifts under the Trump administration in the U.S. and the new policy, Taiwan's semiconductor supply chain stands at the heart of the storm. Agile and efficient Taiwanese enterprises have taken swift action, forming alliances to consolidate and complement resources in response to these changes. As members of Taiwan’s semiconductor supply chain, and with TSMC making significant overseas expansions, companies are accelerating their strategic positioning to seize unprecedented global opportunities.
 

Established in July 2023, TSS Holdings Limited was jointly funded by SAA(6438)、CHD TECH (6849)、ANT(4542)、Gudeng Precision（3680)、Microprogram(7721)、SPTI, YEEDEX(7556)and Greenfiltec (6823)(listed in order of the number of strokes in their Chinese names)The company primarily focuses on semiconductor wafer front-end manufacturing equipment and consumables. Over the past two years, the eight companies have closely collaborated, generating significant synergies.
 

With this strong foundation,the alliance is confident in its next move—welcoming ten new partners in March 2025 to establish TSS2 Holdings Limited. These new partners specialize in advanced semiconductor packaging, process materials, and industrial intelligence applications. TSS2 Holdings Limited will be co-founded by **UVAT(3580)、APT(7734)、EISO(5291)、NYTEX, CONCORD, Fusion Tech, AMEC(4749)、PVI（7768)、APLEX(6570)、and SynPower（6658) (listed in order of the number of strokes in their Chinese names),along with the original TSS Holdings Limited.

Upon official company registration, TSS Holdings Limited and TSS2 Holdings Limited will collectively encompass 18 Taiwanese semiconductor supply chain enterprises, forming a semiconductor supply chain fleet that aims to expand beyond Taiwan and venture into the global market.
 

The short-term goal of the TSS Holdings Limited fleet is to enhance overseas customer services, share resources, and coordinate marketing efforts, while also jointly managing the costs of international business expansion. In the long term, the alliance seeks to broaden product applications, foster a trusted network among partners, and collaborate on new business ventures.
