History

In 1984, Jiu Chang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in Daya District, Taichung City. It was engaged in the trading of chemical raw materials (PU foams) and manufacturing equipment.

In 1986, Jiu Chang Chemical Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Praise Victor Industrial Co., Ltd. (PVI Co., Ltd.), and expand business scope for precision chemical materials manufacturing, sporting goods manufacturing, and international trade.

In 1992, PVI Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in Daya District, Taichung City, mainly develops and produces functional health insoles.

In 1997, PVI Chemical Co., Ltd. established an overseas subsidiary, Yuan Chang plastic hardware factory in Dongguan, China, which engages in ODM business for various types of insoles, with sales territory in Europe and the United States.

In 2000, PVI Co., Ltd. moved to Taichung Industrial Park. 

In 2002, IV Technologies Co., Ltd. was established in Taichung Industrial Park. It mainly develops and produces semiconductor consumer products: chemical-mechanical polishing pad (CMP Pads) and relate cconsumable parts. 

In 2012, the overseas production base (PTYC) of PVI Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in Batam, Indonesia. It specializes in the production of non-toxic and safe toy balls and markets them in Europe, America, Asia and other regions.

In 2013, IV Technologies Co., Ltd. established an office in Hsinchu Science Park.

In 2013, IV Technologies Co., Ltd. established an office in Southern Taiwan Science Park (Tainan).

In 2017, IV Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (the overseas business department) was established that provides products for semiconductor application, and technical services.

In 2019, Yuan Chang plastic hardware factory officially changed its name to Yun Chang Plastic Co., Ltd.

In 2021, PVI Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. established an environmentally friendly adhesives department.

In 2021, IV Technologies Co., Ltd. established an R&D headquarters to accelerate and deepen customer joint development of grinding technology and development of advanced semiconductor processes.

In 2022, IV technologies Co., Ltd. was established a factory to manufacture vacuum suction membrane for holding silicon wafer in Dajia Youth industrial park.

In 2024, IV Technologies (Hefei) Co., Ltd. was established in Anhui, China. It mainly provides CMP pads and related consumer materials.
